missingWrote a review on Dec 28bathroom chaosdisappointing upgrades
stayed 3 nights and the bathroom was a disaster—no sealing on the tub led to watery chaos, and I also had no do not disturb sign to keep the maid at bay before 8 AM. I fully expected complimentary upgrades for such inconveniences, but of course, they didn’t offer anything, so disappointed. Would’ve loved to give a good review, just couldn’t.

The rooftop pool offers stunning views and the breakfast was amazing.
I was quite frustrated with the reception staff’s lack of attention. They barely greeted us during check-in, and when I asked for recommendations, they seemed annoyed. The bathroom facilities were also disappointing. the shower setup felt awkward, and there was an unsettling creak from the tub that made me uneasy about using it.

I stayed in the Premier Twin Room with afternoon tea for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooftop pool has stunning views, and I loved the complimentary afternoon tea, which was delightful and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast offered such a wide variety with a fantastic omelette that the chef whipped up just for me!

10/10
Y'all, the rooftop pool was just right, with hammocks and lovely views. Our room was cozy, and that breakfast spread could make a grown man cry! Staff were genuinely friendly and helped me with whatever I needed. Those pancakes? Woo boy, I'm still dreamin’ about 'em! Really needed a nice-sized fridge for drinks, though.
